I wonder if visitors under the Council's Distinguished Visitors Programme make formal presentations and if so whether texts of their presentations could be put on the Web Site. It would also help if we could have some idea of performing artists, distinguished speakers,exhibitions or other cultural manifestations visiting different regions to enable us to tap into this resource and encourage various main-stream and local organizations to sponsor such events. However, a clear lead time between six months to a year would be necessary since venues gets pre-empted well in advance.
